TELEPHONE CALLS
Telephone calls for routine problems, including prescriptions, are welcomed during office hours. In most cases, the office staff will gather the necessary information and call you back. Allow 2 days for prescription refills. Please unblock your telephone line if you expect a call from us.

EMERGENCIES
Emergencies are always handled promptly. After office hours, you can reach the doctor on call by telephoning (603) 622-3623.

We are committed to providing quality health care at reasonable fees. We request payment of your co-pay and/or deductible and any outstanding balance on the day of your visit. Regardless of insurance coverage or liability (accident) cases, the responsibility for payment is yours. A statement will be mailed to you monthly.

REFERRALS AND AUTHORIZATIONS
Patients are responsible for obtaining physician referrals and authorizations prior to the medical office visit.
