James P. Bartels, M.D.
 Dr.
James Bartels is a founding partner of Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists
and has practiced in Manchester since 1987. In New
Hampshire Magazine’s annual Physician Survey, Dr. Bartels
has been recognized numerous times as the top Otolaryngologist in the state,
including most recently in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Dr. Bartels practices all aspects of Otolaryngology, with a special interest
in ear, nose and throat disorders of children. In addition, he has expertise
in many facial plastic surgical techniques, including rhinoplasty (plastic
surgery of the nose) and noninvasive facial rejuvenation. This latter category encompasses procedures such as laser skin resurfacing, Botox ® Cosmetic (www.botoxcosmetic.com), Restylane ® (www.restylane.com) and Radiesse ® (www.radiesse.com) utilized for reduction of facial wrinkles.
Dr. Bartels graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine
with honors and received his surgical and otolaryngology training in Cooperstown
and Rochester, N.Y. respectively. He has served in many positions of medical
leadership, both locally at Elliot
Hospital and Catholic Medical
Center,
as well as on a state-wide level.

Jeffrey M. Zimmerman, M.D.
 Dr. Zimmerman is a native of Manhattan Beach, California
and attended Boston College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.
Dr. Zimmerman graduated with high honors from the Tulane University School
of Medicine and completed his otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson
University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Zimmerman practices all aspects
of otolaryngology with interest in advanced sinus surgery, thyroid cancer
surgery, medical and surgical disorders of the ear, sleep apnea surgery,
and pediatric otolaryngology.
Dr. Zimmerman is a member of several societies including the American
Academy of Otolaryngolgy—Head and Neck Surgery, the American
Rhinologic Society,
the American Academy of
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the
American Medical Association.
Dr. Zimmerman’s interests include running, skiing and soccer, and he
is fluent in Spanish having studied abroad in Uruguay. Dr. Zimmerman and
his wife Stephanie live in Bedford with their three sons.

Andrew R. Spector, M.D.
 Dr.
Andrew Spector was born and raised in Akron, Ohio before attending and graduating
from Tulane University. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Byzantine History
before attending The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He graduated
Cum Laude from medical school in 2000. Dr. Spector then completed his formal
training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 2005 at Thomas Jefferson
University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Spector’s expertise encompasses the full scope of medical and surgical
care of disorders of the ear, nose and throat. He enjoys caring for pediatric,
adult, and elderly patients. Dr. Spector also has particular interest in
several areas in which he has received outstanding training. These include
medical and surgical management of voice and swallowing dysfunction, sinus
disorders, thyroid and parathyroid abnormalities, salivary gland tumors,
problems with smell, taste and hearing, as well as cancers of the head and
neck.
Dr. Spector is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American
Rhinologic Society, the American
Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Triological
Society.
When he is not taking care of patients Dr. Spector enjoys hiking, camping,
cooking, and spending time with his family.

John B. Stallman, PA-C
 John
was born in NY, NY and spent most of his childhood in Falmouth, ME. He graduated
from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1987 before going
on to receive his Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from The Pennsylvania
State University in 1994. He spent his next 10 years designing molecules
for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as well as becoming a certified
EMT in 2001. His love of sciences and newfound passion as an EMT led him
to pursue a career as a physician assistant. He graduated summa cum laude
from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2005 and was
class valedictorian.
John is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New
Hampshire Society of Physician Assistants.
Outside of the office, he enjoys biking, triathlons, cooking, just about anything
outdoors and spending time with his wife and two sons.
